Dominique Janne

Dominique Janne, with an estimated fortune of €53,904,000, is best known for his role in the development of Dominique Janne within his company, Novo Holding, based in Brussels. He made a name for himself by becoming a central figure in the Brussels Film Festival, in collaboration with renowned actor Benoît Poelvoorde.

Over the course of his career, Janne has produced over 40 films, including the acclaimed "Farinelli". His career has also led him to play a decisive role in the evolution of the media at Wallonia. Notably, he influenced the decision of Elio Di Rupo, Wallonia's Minister-President at the time, to activate regional cable operators and introduce digital decoders. His strategic position at Voo, a leading telecommunications group, bears witness to his influence.

Janne's investments are not limited to cinema and telecommunications. He also invests in remarkable real estate, such as the Café Belga at Place Flagey and the Café Walvis near the canal. The acquisition of Café Belga illustrates its impact on the renewal of the Flagey district.

In addition, Janne doesn't hesitate to provoke in the media field. He owned the French-language satirical magazine Pan before selling it in 2010 to merge with the magazine Ubu, a modest media operation in view of the number of subscribers and the number of readers. Dominique Janne's assets are estimated at over 65 million euros.

Its real estate ambitions continue with the acquisition of the "Clinique du Parc Léopold" for a sum approaching 36 million euros, with a construction project that includes both a residential complex and a polyclinic with a 60-space parking lot. To realize its projects, Janne collaborates with renowned Chinese investors, such as the Zhongnan Group of Shanghai and the Dalian Wanda Group.
