Cresens family
Bart Cresens, originally from Limburg, began his career in law in Hasselt before moving to Brussels. After a decade in this field, he changed course to real estateguided by his entrepreneurial spirit. Mieke De Keyzer, his wife, also left the family business at this time, De Keyzer Keukens', to join the real estate adventure.

In 2014, the couple founded TS33and in partnership with the Lauwers family, they launched their first real estate projects, including Fashion Store Lennik and Decathlon in Lommel. Collaboration with the Painblanc family and Bermaso followed in 2017, leading to the creation of several sites for Actions, Basic-Fit and Jumbos.
Between 2020 and 2022, they will take over and transform 10 Alvo and Jumbo Supermarkets while developing new projects for various retail banners. Consolidation of real estate assets with the creation of of One+ Invest in 2022. Ina Beelen is appointed CEO of the company.

The company has also signed a master franchise agreement with Belgian Food Franchise to run its own Jumbo stores Supermarkten, the first opening in Lommel under the direction of Mark Verbakel, former manager at Jumbo Belgium.
With the aim of building a real estate portfolio sales of around 200 million euros over seven years, with a focus on food supermarkets and fast-food outlets. An initial investment of 15 million euros has been allocated, supported by an agreement with Belfius Bank.

Cresens' activities extend beyond France's borders with thehe creation of Barcelona Retail Invest in 2019 for Spain, and later BDT GmbH for GermanyThis underlines their expertise, which transcends national boundaries, and they have a assets estimated at over €65,000,000.
