Kristof Sanders: The Visionary Architect of Forum Interim, a 53 Million Euro Success-Story

Forum Interim was founded in 1997 by Kristof Sanders, Luc Caenepeel, and Pascal Sanders, with initial capital of 150,000 euros provided by the founders and the Indas company, linked to Christian Dumolin's Trust Capital Partners. Based in Roeselare, Forum Interim quickly established itself in the south of West Flanders, a region characterized by low unemployment. Kristof Sanders now has assets of over 45 million euros.

From the outset, Forum has specialized in recruitment of French cross-border workers, particularly popular in the textile, mechanical engineering and food sectors. Thanks to tax advantages and higher wages than in France, this group has been able to compensate for the structural shortage of labor in Belgium. To date, Forum works with around 500 companies in various sectors.

Forum's success since its inception is undeniable. Steady growth has enabled rapid expansion, with the opening of the first office in Roeselare, followed by a second in Kortrijk. Argon Selecta branch of Forum, specifically targets executives and management positions, further broadening its scope of action.

In 2017, the ghent investment fund Straco has acquired a majority stake in Forum Jobswith 54.5%, leaving 25.5% to Christian Dumolin and 20% to Patrick Sanders, who remains CEO. The acquisition gave Forum Jobs capital of 53 million euros, with a war chest of 50 million euros to finance acquisitions and future expansion.

The Group is now structured under the new holding company Forpar, ensuring stability at long term with Straco, recognized for its sustainable investments. Forum Jobs continues to evolve with a strategy focused on specific markets and a solid network of SMEs, consolidating its position on the temping and human resources scene.
