Philip Cracco, Belgian entrepreneur and notable public figure, founded the personnel placement Accent Jobs in 1995, alongside Conny Vandendriessche. By focusing on temporary positions with the possibility of permanent hiring, the company has experienced remarkable growth, establishing its presence with 193 offices across the country and more than 600 dedicated employees fortune of over 100 million euros.

After stepping away from Accent Jobs, Cracco returned to entrepreneurship by acquiring Rodaniaa watch brand, in 2015. Its aim was to restore the and profitability of the established brand, but finally gave up, valuing the company at zero in 2018 for lack of a buyer.

Bold and resolute, Cracco led a life of diverse adventures. Having served as a paracommando, he continued to seek the thrill, becoming a member of the World Expedition Rally Team and exploring faraway lands on two wheels.

At the height of his media activities, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He battled the disease until his death in early 2020.
