SDA Holding also streamlined its legal structure, transferring its Luxembourg entity, African Equities, to Belgium, facilitating its involvement in the hotel and construction sectors in Africa. Its key assets in the hotel sector include theGrand Karavia Hotel in Lubumbashi and the prestigious Pullman Kinshasa Grand Hotel in the DRC.

A strategic turning point came in 2023, with the dissolution of the central holding company SDA, concentrating all activities on SMT, the exclusive distributor of Volvo heavy trucks for the Benelux region. This marks a clear reorientation of the Group's business interests.
